Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes — pay annually and save 20% on Pro and Business plans. Annual invoices can be issued on request for accounting purposes.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We are fully GDPR compliant and offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Business customers.

Do you offer a non-profit or educational discount?

Yes. Non-profit organisations and accredited educational institutions get 50% off the Pro plan. Get in touch with proof of status.
